The Chiropractic Journey: 3 Stages of Care That Work Together
Chiropractic care is a process that follows a specific plan, much like building a house. For your body to heal properly, each stage of care needs to build on the last.
Relieve
In the early phase, our priority is to reduce pain and inflammation, helping you move comfortably again. Depending on your condition, this may include 2–3 visits per week for 2–4 weeks to stabilise your spine and begin the healing process.
Restore
Once symptoms are under control, we shift to corrective and rehabilitative care, focusing on restoring optimal spinal curves and posture. This phase can last 2–12 months, depending on your individual needs, and includes progressive exercises and posture-specific adjustments.
Retain- Your Chiropractic Journey
After achieving correction, maintenance care helps preserve your results and prevent future problems. Typically, this involves 1–2 visits per month to support ongoing spinal health and functional balance.
